If i knew who i was, i would have become Newton’s Ether by now and attained nirvana. But i am still here so you get what that means!

Since this is my blog, i may always be picturized as the ‘Hero’ so please!!! bear with me

To Ravi who makes the cycling related posts on this blog possible.

My friends from twitter and dailymile who give me inputs on the workouts and my posts! and the many who land on my page via google!

Thanks to RK Net Velachery especially Mr Raju and Dinesh for helping me take so many image scans by email, one at a time! which is really a pain.
