The Rupee Symbol that did not make it

That is the Indian Rupee symbol i wanted to see! 
I designed and sent it. The line on top depicting ‘Reigning Supreme’ period! thought!
It is also an R of sanskrit font. I also sent a multi-color version in the lines of the tri-color.
