Cognizant employees are always busy!

Today i got to speak to a close friend of mine, who works with Cognizant. There seemed to be a pattern among all the Cognizant employees i have spoken to, all of them don’t pick up calls. Then return your calls after 6 in the evening and say they had been on a call! My this friend (maybe more than that) did so in lunch time.
Be it a Portfolio Manager or Pre-Sales Team member or an Immigrations HR consultant, the story is always the same almost all the time. They always give you this ‘You are Jobless’ feeling when you call!
Are cognizant employees so busy!!!! (please do comment if you are from CTS – would like to hear from you) a friend of mine said: squeezing you out! Anyways getting busy by Choice is freedom!

it depends on which project one is in. but these days it is one person doing the job of many.
like vinod said, it depends on the project you are in. but cts work environment is far better compared to other companies i have worked with.
