I had this great experience of meeting one awesome dedicated Governement of India staff. I was in Besant nagar rajaji bhawan, Railway booking office, to book a ticket to get to bangalore and met this lady (she didn’t give me her name), so i decide to call her Lady at counter number 3. She was so helpful, and i can tell you that this lady was not looking at me and just looking at her work! So dedicated and helpful, the kind of person who would end up bagging the most outstanding customer service award in private companies.

At the end of the huge experience i asked her for her name! And ths is what she said ‘Did i make a mistake’ to which i said ‘Mam i would like to write a letter appreciating you to SR.’ to which she said ‘Forget it! Don’t land me into problem, Office scenario she said’ Well then all said and done – Most positive Southern railway official i have met to date

I still think the misfortune of not knowing the name of the person who made an entire organisation proud by few minutes of her time!
