Its raining and i am beginning to browse through the dimensions of the Noah’s ark! Well that’s how much it is raining! in Chennai. I had my doubts about 40 days and forty nights but not after yesterday.

The rain has already brought Velachery, to a standstill! The many people who live in the pavement are nowhere to be seen, God knows where they live now? Half of the roads are now waterways!

It takes so little to destroy the many gifts of life and yet we take them so much for granted. Not once in the last year have i thought about the people! Height of apathy! Yesterday after the fall of internet in my place, i was beginning to think about the sorry state of affairs that people in China are having to go through, lack of ability to communicate with the rest of the world! Millions of africans who don’t probably even know that such a connectivity exists in the real world!

Thoughts of wanting to help do not make a person what he is but actions do! Apathy they say will bring the demise of civilization and not wars!
