I am sure all of us in our corporate lives would have come across this situation where we are invited to a ‘Brain Storming Session’ with an agenda!

Now this is what happened! Being invited to a brainstorming session today, i had prepared sheets of data and inputs to speak on and ended up having the speaker run us through his ideas and defending his ideas and not willing to take in any ideas.

After i meeting the only thing that remained was a frustrated spirit It seemed as though the purpose of the meeting itself was to make the unllimited confusion into limited confusion!

Well i do but that theory to some extent but then again why disguise it as ‘Brain Storming’?
