Why Christianity has failed!
Note: Don’t treat this article an act of blasphemy against the church because the act of the church speaks for itself.
Has Christianity failed!? Established overlooked fact.
The Church has won, or has it! But Christianity has not.
A sensationalized journalistic article this? Look at the statistics and the socio-political evidence that has increasingly become more evident but is consistently overlooked by the Political outfit of the so called political leaders of the Free World ‘The Church’
Before you read further you need to understand the distinction between the Church as a political institution is different from the Church that Christianity established as a consequence of the Neo Post Jesus period.
There is a famous quote which reads ‘Bad Men Flourish cause Good Men fail to act on their part’
Is non-interference in matters of evil a path advocated by the Church? Or is being a neutral body makes the Church look like an innocent body? On the contrary it is ironic. More than 300,000 Iraqi people have died in Iraq excluding the forced Kamikaze American soldiers. And Vatican, which is the face of the Catholic Church (representing more than 49% of world population), has to say
“These are tough times for the Iraqi people’ the obvious being stated…. But that’s how far the church has gone to say. Not a word about the illegal occupation of US!
The fundamental flaw is that the Christianity movement as it progressed went on to be associated with the Church which was already running at that time. Jesus cleared the misconceptions associated with many belief and practices, questioned many Face-value practices of the church. The church as historians would term it has always been a power hungry wanting to grab a center stage (secondary camouflaged positioning) organization (I feel sad myself writing that statement but it is true!) Don’t however mistake that with the thousands of personally idealistic and visionary missionaries who have made global journey to spread evangelism. The church has however never gone to condemn the activities of imperialism that has always been practiced in various names even today. Call it UN resolution or call it the Middle East Crisis or the War for Democracy in Iraq!
Wait a minute! War for Democracy in Iraq! Should be rephrased War for American Democracy in Iraq!
Coming back to the base question: What has the church done for all this? The Red Cross has done more good than the church has even preached.
The church’s scientific temperament is not reflected by opening its libraries and museums to scientific inspection but it its fundamental power granted by the Lord to question the illegitimate acts of the imperialist countries and fight for the poor countries that have a dummy seat at the neo power wrestling organizations like World Bank and IMF.
The church needs a Renaissance not is the sense of restructuring and political reorganization but it terms of ideologies itself!
Note again: The write up above is not in a direct flow by convention cause this is not intended to be an argument, just a flow of parallel thoughts that need to considered when viewing this topic.
