Was going thro this article called ‘The Law of Armed Conflict’ (LOAC) How on this planet can you have rules for an act that in itself a consequence of Man’s imperialistic desires. It is a irony that civisilised brains have such apathy filled policies!

But wait a minute! What if such a rule never existed? It would make the most henious crimes committed by armed forces an option to just walk away scot free. This is the only policy that could and can bring the infamous American Soldiers torturing Iraqi citizens to a moral and civilised code of conduct. 

But is it not in a way, our political system making a mockery out of our soldiers who at the most have an award to win and a life to lose!

An agressive policy is what is fed in war schools and then you expect them to treat the enemies like friends! I am not against this but look at the rationale!!! The policy makers want to have a good sounding statement in every imperialistic governed policy!

The intentions of Henry Dunant is very commendable… (not that he needs mine), though a good statement in the middle of a war policy…. is placed in a wrong context….
